As a small handmade business, I design, prepare, create, and hand package all of my products just for you! This requires time, and I want to get it right. The THREE week processing window ensures that I will provide you with a good quality product that I can be proud of, and am confident you will enjoy.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please carefully measure your child's foot and double check shoe size selections as we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
We will EXCHANGE shoes if needed, however, there is a $7 RESTOCKING FEE + shipping costs.
All exchanges must be arranged via email to email@example.com, or via our website contact form, within five days of receiving your shoes for a full exchange policy and further arrangements. Please provide order number and reason for exchange!
Some items are not eligible for exchange: collars, satchels, accessories. All sales are final on these items.
Each and every shoe is handcrafted in the United States by a mom, just like you! We want you to shop with confidence! We hand inspect and measure all shoes for accuracy before they head out the door, however, as with all handcrafted items, there may be some variance (which may be up to 1/8" difference.)
If your baby shoes should become soiled, it is best to wash them with a gentle cloth and mild soap and water. It is ideal that your baby's moccasins/shoes be worn in dry conditions. If they become wet it is recommended that you reshape them and allow them to dry completely before using again. The leather may become stiff. Some of our leathers are in their natural state and will patina over time. Variation and markings are a natural and beautiful part of cowhide leather.
