WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUND. We are happy to exchange your items, if needed, if you notify us within 10 days of receipt.
Frequently asked questions about exchanges.
How do I exchange?
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide your order number and the items you wish to return for store credit
- We will reply with approval and instructions for returning your items
What items are exchangeable?
- Exchange must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging
What items are non-exchangeable?
The following items cannot be returned for exchange:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items of more than 15%
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to store credit
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
We do not refund to original payment method. Non-sale items are exchangeable for store credit only.
