Duchess and Fox shoes are handmade to order and require time to create. The following turnaround times are for production. Once you receive email confirmation with your tracking information, your shoes will begin to move through the postal service.
CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME IS: 4-6 weeks, plus shipping.
If you see an item that states RTS, please allow 5-7 business days for us to prepare and ship your order.
If you select expedited shipping (available on select orders), please allow up to two weeks for your items to be made, plus shipping time.
